Description of PVC Rain Gutter
The gutter is made from non-plasticized high-impact polyvinyl
chloride (PVC-U), which features increased plastic resistance to
high temperatures, as well as a high resistance to mechanical
deformations, stretching and bending. Specially selected components
increase resistance to UV radiation, acid rain and air pollution.
One of the advantages of PVC is that there is no need to provide
maintenance and painting.
Convention stainless steel gutter is produced in folded-plate
processing, limited in length, and connected by welding on site, so
steel gutter quality always excessively depends on the proficiency
of technicians. Besides, it is expensive and difficult in
construction.

Applications of PVC Rain Gutter
Mainly used for eaves, building items, and roofs to collect and
discharge rainwater, suitable for matching with steel structure

road fences, balconies and Roofing Gutter, Water sink, Washing
gutter etc.
Installation
1) When installing the sink, the bottom support frame must be made
of steel, with sufficient force filled with materials. The bottom
frame must be in a straight line and have a support point every
1.5-1.8 meters. The two sides of the sink must be protected by iron
frames;
2) The connection part of the sink or the two ends of the
connection port should be supported by support frames;
3) It is not allowed to open holes for drainage at any part of the
sink without authorization, as this will affect the service life of
the sink. Special drainage accessories and water pipes must be
connected to the sewer;
4) Pre drilling is required during installation, and the drilling
diameter shall be 50% larger than the screw diameter, reserved for
thermal expansion;
5) The external temperature changes greatly. To prevent thermal
expansion and contraction, it is recommended that the installation
of the entire water tank should not exceed 18 meters. If it is
necessary to exceed this, segmented installation and drainage must
be carried out.
